Q1: What are your main products and services?
A: We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and OEM customization of power environmental protection equipment, industrial steel structures, and bulk material conveying systems. Our core products include dry slag removal systems, conveying equipment, welded steel structural parts, etc. We provide one‑stop solutions from design and production to installation guidance.

Q2: What materials can you process?
A: We mainly process carbon steel (e.g. A36, Q235, Q355), low‑alloy steel, stainless steel, and other materials. Custom production is available according to customer drawings and standards such as EN, ASME, or GB.

Q3: What are your welding processes and quality standards?
A: We hold the ISO 3834 welding quality system certificate and operate under the EN ISO 9001 quality management system. Key welding procedures are supervised by IWE (International Welding Engineer) qualified personnel, ensuring welding quality meets international standards.

Q4: Do you support customization? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Yes, we support 100% customization according to customer drawings or technical requirements, including OEM services. We have no strict MOQ – we accept both single large steel components and batch production.


II. Production & Certifications

Q1: What is your factory’s production capacity?
A: We have a complete production line covering cutting, forming, welding, and painting. Our annual capacity is several thousand tons of steel structures and supporting equipment, meeting batch delivery requirements for large projects.

Q2: What international certifications do you hold?
A: We have passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ISO 3834 welding quality system certification, and EN 1090 CE certification for steel structures. Our products can be directly exported to the EU, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions.

Q3: How do you ensure product quality? What inspection steps are involved?
A: We have established a full‑process quality control system. Key steps include: incoming raw material inspection, dimensional accuracy checks, non‑destructive testing (NDT), pressure/tightness testing, and surface treatment/coating inspection – ensuring every delivered component meets technical requirements.


III. Ordering & Delivery

Q1: What is the typical lead time for an order?
A: Lead time depends on product type and order quantity. Normal custom parts require about 30–60 days. For large or complex projects, the delivery time will be agreed separately after technical confirmation.

Q2: What trade terms do you support?
A: We support FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and other trade terms. Logistics from the factory to the designated port or destination can be arranged according to customer requirements.

Q3: How to place an order? What is the process?
A: The process is as follows:

  1. Customer provides drawings/technical requirements

  2. We carry out technical review and provide a quotation

  3. Both parties confirm order details and sign the contract

  4. Production starts after advance payment

  5. Customer inspects the goods after production

  6. Balance payment is made and shipment is arranged

Q4: Do you provide installation or technical support?
A: We can provide detailed installation drawings and technical instruction documents. For large projects, on‑site installation guidance is also available upon customer request (to be confirmed separately).


IV. After‑Sales & Service

Q1: What is your product warranty period?
A: Our standard warranty period is 12 months. During this period, any quality issues not caused by human factors will be covered by free repair or replacement.

Q3: What documents can you provide?
A: We can provide a complete set of shipping documents, including: Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Mill Test Certificate (MTC), inspection reports, copies of CE/certifications, etc.
